We highly suggest working with an EDG Designer before a Contractor. Creating the necessary scope-of-work, floorplans and construction drawings, as well as creating an overall design plan is the best way to ensure the most accurate contractor pricing.

There are many different types of construction related drawings and the scale of your renovation will dictate which types of drawings your project will require.
There are floor plans, site plans, roof plans, electrical, sectionals, elevations, and structural plans.
Depending upon YOUR specific project, and in order to finalize a project scope and budget, it’s safe to say that you will need some or possibly all of the plans that are mentioned above.
